  • Hope After School is designed for children and young adults ages 3 to 22 with physical and/or developmental disabilities who benefit from structured, inclusive, and enriching care after school.

  • Each afternoon includes structured activities like:

    • 🎨 Creative arts

    • 🏃 Sports and games

    • 📚 Literacy and academic enrichment

    • 🍎 Nutrition lessons

    • 💻 Computer time

    • 🎶 Music and movement

    • 💬 Social and life skills development

    All activities are adapted for diverse abilities and supported by trained staff.

    • Hours:

      • Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM

      • Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

    • Cost: $575/month

      • Financial assistance may be available. Ask us about options during your consultation.

  • We maintain an ultra-low ratio to ensure that each child receives individual attention and consistent support. This gives families peace of mind—and helps children thrive.

  • To ensure safety and success, participants must be able to participate in a group setting. If your child requires 1:1 support, we can guide you to other resources or discuss if an ABA-trained support person could help them access the program safely.

  • Yes!

    • Children attending Duval County Public Schools may ride the school bus to Hope Haven.

    • Transportation from select private schools may also be available.
      Please contact us to discuss transportation options for your child.

  • Yes!
    We offer full-day camp-style programming during many school holidays or closures (for an additional fee). Dates and details are shared well in advance so you can plan ahead.
